Should I invest in real estate in New York now?
I think to buy a small house / condo / apartment in New York or California. I want to buy near Chinatown areas (for example, Flushing, New York). Is this the right time to buy property or should I wait longer for a lower price?
In CA, it depends on the region at this time. Some areas are starting to pick up in price, but in New York no doubt expect. The Wall Street melt many people in the month next, is in default.
