Does anyone know a good real estate agent who works with poor credit or So.California NW Pennsylvania?
We want to buy a house Pennsylvania and have already found the house you want. Our problem is trying to get pre-approved or pre-qualify for a loan. We have a bad credit and really need passing through the three years, the oldest health problems. We have a condo and want to sell, but do not want to put on the market until we can get approval for the house we want. Please Please help. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
You are in a difficult situation, but look on the bright side things, their condo in So-Cal will probably sell more than a single family home to the Penn Northwest. So I do not understand why you can not put on the market first. With bad credit history, it's hard for you to get a loan without a substantial down payment. If you sell the condo at first can only go to Penn First if necessary, then figure how to deal with it a new loan. "The worst thing that you are renting a few months.
