If I have a brokerage license in California, what I can do to join?
My work husband may be moving to Indiana. I have a licensed real estate broker in California. Should I take courses and pass a test or simply pass the exam to become a licensed Indiana. I'm sure California has no reciprocity agreements.
Most states require a fresh start once they are moved to the State even without the mutual recognition of laws. So I think we would have to start real estate partners regular training and testing of the state.
