Prudential California Realty and Coldwell Banker? New Agent looking to start?
I am a new real estate agent, and I am interviewing with different brokerage office. Does anyone know what is best the office, or between Prudential California Real Estate Coldwell Banker? I'm in the East Bay area, San Francisco. Thanks!
The brokerage is different. Pay attention to your payment plans. In business it is difficult at this time, you want a compensation plan that is not charging front with a large amount of the fixed monthly independently be turnover. The alternative is to give a higher percentage of commissions received, but until there is sufficient turnover and enrollment in courses is a small sacrifice to make. play by ear, literally. When you are interviewing is to observe the frequency phones ring. It is a good indicator that the business is. By the way, my wife ended Prudential. Good luck.
