Je cherche à acheter une maison et de continuer à voir la discription de maisons fabriquées en avant et mobiles. Quelle est la différance dans ces deux?
Une maison mobile est livré à votre site sur roues et est une maison complète à lui tout seul. Il n'ya pas de fondations permanentes aluminium seulement en contournant dessous pour couvrir les roues et supports de blocs de ciment. Une maison préfabriquée est une maison qui est construite par étapes à l'entrepôt ou de chantier, puis remis à votre site et placés sur une fondation permanente. Il pourrait être livrée en sections, comme les murs ou les chambres. Parfois, un logement préfabriqué est construit entièrement sur le site, tout comme une maison de type classique à partir de zéro mais surtout il est déjà construit à l'entrepôt et livrés en sections pour vous. Soyez très prudent en choisissant une maison mobile. Ils se déprécier en valeur comme une voiture et sont très instables dans les intempéries. Une maison des fondations permanentes est probablement la meilleure valeur sur le long terme. "
