Who can recommend the best online website that I can get my California real estate license from?
Ive looked at Allied, retrainers so far can anybody recommend any of these, or ones that you may have used? thank you!
The state of California must license all companies who want to teach the courses. Check with the state website to see which of the companies is properly licensed and authorized. Then, contact the Better Business Bureau as well as the state consumer's union or board of consumer affairs to see if any complaints have been lodged against any of the companies.
Next, contact the companies directly and ask how many students who apply actually graduate, how many of those get their licenses and how many are successfully employed in the real estate business.
Many national real estate firms offer the courses and apprenticeships free of charge in exchange for your agreement to work for their firms after your training. Check those out first. Long & Foster and Century 21 are two that come to mind.
